      We a rapidly expanding non-medical homecare company and have been in the industry for over 20 years and currently have operations in Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio, Missouri, Georgia, New Jersey, Indiana, and Michigan. As the company continues to expand within the country, we are looking to hire an Regional Assistant Administrator to assistant our Regional Administrator.

      We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial person who has experience with Medicaid homecare. Have had experience in home care management, not experience as a caregiver.

      MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE WORKING IN HOME CARE MANGEMENT TO BE CONSIDERED.

      The right candidate will need to have knowledge and experience of working with home care agencies within the state of Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan or Indiana. This position will be reporting to the owners as well as the Regional Administrator.

      Requirements

      High school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred

      At least 3/4 years of experience working in a homecare agency with focus in management

      Strong understanding of Medicaid homecare - including state licensing and regulatory guidelines, and agency initiation/expansion.

      Must have valid driver's license and car

      Be comfortable with traveling to various state where our offices are located

      Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

      Proficient in Zoom meeting application

      Tech savvy, ability to easily pick up new technologies
