This is a customer-facing business development-focused sales role. The Regional Business Manager will take ownership of a defined territory, driving growth through direct provider engagement, distributor/GPO/broker partnerships, and food service integration. A key aspect of this role is promoting Lyons Magnus nutritional products to healthcare operators to understand needs, provide solutions, and ensure adoption of nutrition programs.
Compensation: $115K–$130K base salary + bonus
Schedule: Monday – Friday (occasional weekends)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible schedule to support work-life balance)
Location: Remote – ideal candidate based in New York
Territory Coverage: Primary focus on the Greater New York City metropolitan area.
Travel Requirements: Up to 25% including overnight travel
