      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for large automotive dealerships using AI products
      - Act as the quarterback for a regional territory of automotive customers, including 2–3 onsite dealership visits per week
      - Guide dealerships through their AI transformation and handle inquiries, issues, and escalations
      - Drive adoption and utilization of the platform through in-depth product and industry knowledge
      - Conduct regular check-ins to assess customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, onboarding, or account management
      - 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry
      - Ability to confidently engage with customers at all levels, including CEOs and VPs
      - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
      - 4-year degree required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Scored in the top 10% in performance reviews for the past 3 years
      - 3+ years of B2B software experience
      - Consistent over-achievement in past and current positions
