      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and develop a team of 5+ Enterprise Account Executives, providing coaching and training to achieve sales quotas
      - Define and execute a regional sales plan to exceed sales goals in both new and existing accounts
      - Engage in 1:1 meetings with Account Executives to assess performance and career goals
      - Conduct regular pipeline reviews and accurately forecast sales pipeline
      - Collaborate with senior leadership on new initiatives to enhance sales operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of first-line management experience combined with 5+ years of hands-on experience in closing complex software deals
      - Proven track record of meeting/exceeding direct sales goals of $5-10M+
      - Experience in a tech company (SaaS, IT infrastructure, or similar) selling unbudgeted software
      - Familiarity with the Challenger Sale or MEDDIC sales methodology
      - Strong skills in pipeline generation and deal hygiene practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - History of being a top performer, such as President's Club or consistent year-over-year overachievement
      - Experience in developing champions and navigating personas within sales cycles
      - Ability to leverage technical validation to uncover business pain points
      - Systematic approach to sales and pipeline management
