What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide day-to-day leadership to sales associates, ensuring the achievement of relevant KPIs
- Guide the development and execution of strategic account action plans, maintaining detailed sales action reporting
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new associates as needed
- Support associate development through performance reviews and Individual Development Plans
- Identify and execute strategic customer and hotel engagement events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business or Hotel Management
- Minimum of 10 years of hotel experience, including sales with select and full-service hotels
- Minimum of 3 years of sales leadership experience with responsibility for top-line performance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong sales knowledge of group, transient, and extended stay business development
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous Strategic Account Management experience
- Experience with multiple hotel brands and properties
- Familiarity with Hyatt's Envision sales software
