      Job Summary
      Experienced insurance agent to recruit and manage agents and agencies who sell Medicare plans to eligible prospects. Successful candidates will have the sales knowledge and experience to recruit and coach existing agents in the Medicare space. The goal is to increase the number of selling agents in Berwick's downline, thereby increasing the number of Medicare plan sales annually.

      Job Responsibilities
      Recruit, coach, and support agents to sell Medicare plans to consumers
      Answer questions and guide agents through Medicare sales-related situations
      Promote Berwick benefits to agent and agency partners
      Develop and maintain positive relationships with local carrier representatives
      Work with the team to achieve sales goals and maximize company growth
      Model a high level of professionalism and integrity in every interaction

      Required Qualifications
      High school diploma
      Valid health insurance license or ability to obtain one
      Proven sales, training, and management experience
      High level of integrity and competitive team player
      Assertive, goal-oriented, positive, and self-motivated
      Excellent communication skills
      Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
      Professional demeanor and personal accountability
      Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime if necessary

      Preferred Qualifications
      Medicare sales experience
      Insurance management experience
      Bilingual in English and Spanish
      Proven ability to close sales at a high rate
      College education
