      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own and exceed a multi-million-dollar annual quota focused on strategic accounts
      - Develop regional strategies to expand the employer's footprint with engineering and product leadership teams
      - Lead complex negotiations involving legal, procurement, security, and architectural stakeholders
      - Generate a robust sales pipeline through targeted outbound strategies and executive engagement
      - Build trusted advisor relationships with senior engineering and digital transformation leaders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 15 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven record of exceeding quota
      - At least 5 years of sales leadership experience
      - Experience selling to technical buying centers, particularly engineering and DevOps organizations
      - Demonstrated success in closing six- and seven-figure annual contracts
      - Strong command of MEDDICC or similar enterprise qualification methodologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling DevOps, developer tooling, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering solutions
      - Previous success in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment
      - Familiarity with the employer's ecosystem (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
      - Established relationships within large enterprise engineering and platform communities
