      Regional Facilities Manager – JLL

      What this job involves:

      Regional Facilities Manager to oversee facilities operations across multiple locations within a designated geographic region. This role requires a strategic leader who can ensure operational excellence, drive cost efficiencies, and maintain high-quality facility standards across a diverse portfolio of properties.

      The Regional Facilities Manager is required to be on-site. *Local market requirements may vary slightly.

      What your day-to-day will look like:

      • Manage facilities operations for 15-25 properties across the region (adjust number as needed)
      • Develop and implement regional facilities strategies aligned with corporate objectives
      • Lead regional budget planning and cost management initiatives
      • Drive standardization of processes and best practices across all locations
      • Oversee daily facilities operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, and cleaning services
      • Oversee competitive bidding for service contracts and act as primary contact for contractors and vendors.
      • Supervise and mentor local facilities managers and other staff
      • Ensure property, or properties, are operating in accordance with JLL best practices

      Required Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
      • 7-10 years of facilities management experience with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-site role
      • Experience managing large facility portfolios (minimum 1 million+ sq ft)
      • Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety)
      • Proficiency with CAFM/CMMS software systems
      • Proven ability to lead and develop teams across multiple locations
      • Strong project management and organizational skills

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Master's degree or advanced facilities management certification (CFM, FMP, etc.)
      • Experience with LEED or other green building certifications
      • Background in corporate real estate or commercial property management
      • Experience with workplace strategy and space planning

      Estimated compensation for this position:

      150,000.00 – 200,000.00 USD per year

      This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
