What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive regional sales performance by executing effective store-level action plans and maintaining brand standards
- Lead and develop a high-performing field team through coaching, performance expectations, and training
- Oversee in-store execution and collaboration with retailer leadership to enhance engagement and training
- Analyze store-level data to identify risks and opportunities, implementing targeted interventions for improvement
- Deliver seamless execution of corporate and retailer-led events to maximize commercial impact
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Direct experience working with Sephora and launching beauty brands
- Proven experience managing multi-state field teams across the U.S.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs, including sell-through, conversion, and productivity
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region (50-70%)
