What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth within the defined region
- Establish and maintain relationships with regional chain targets, distributors, and broker teams
- Collaborate with the Area Director - Field Sales and other team members to meet growth targets
- Negotiate program agreements with assigned operators as necessary
- Conduct regular meetings to review program analytics and adjust operational plans accordingly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the food service industry, preferably in the poultry or protein sector
- Bachelor of Science degree required
- Key regional account relationships to drive immediate impact
- Extensive travel required (estimated 50%+)
- Proficiency with computer applications and superior planning and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing broker teams and developing customer business plans
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Familiarity with the food service industry and market food shows
- Proven track record of delivering on volume and financial objectives
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
