      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the development and execution of the region's growth marketing initiatives to achieve sales goals
      - Collaborate with teams to create tailored, high-impact RFP responses aligned with client needs
      - Maintain and update the RFP platform and library, ensuring content is organized and accessible
      - Lead the creation and delivery of persuasive finalist PowerPoint presentations for prospective clients
      - Curate and produce regional content across various channels with clear messaging and on-brand visuals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in professional services or insurance/financial services
      - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
      - High proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva; expert in PowerPoint
      - Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation tool) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar CRM)
      - Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with paid media execution/optimization (Google/LinkedIn) and UTM discipline
      - Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Collaborative and resourceful mindset with a data-driven approach to recommendations
      - Growth-oriented mindset, open to feedback and eager to learn
