      Job Title: Regional Human Resources Manager (Hybrid)Location: Calgary, ABSalary: $75,000 – $80,000 CAD + Vehicle Allowance

      Job Summary:

      Allied Universal is seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to support the Western Region. This hybrid role plays a key part in enabling operational success by providing strategic HR support across recruitment, performance management, employee development, and compliance.

      As a trusted partner to the operations team, the ideal candidate will lead a small HR team and ensure HR practices align with business goals while fostering a high-performance, compliant, and people-focused culture.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Act as a strategic HR partner to regional operations, aligning HR initiatives with business priorities.
      • Lead and manage a team of two HR professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance oversight.
      • Oversee full-cycle recruitment, working in coordination with a specialized talent acquisition team.
      • Drive employee engagement, retention, and development through targeted HR programs.
      • Conduct workplace investigations in a timely, objective, and policy-compliant manner.
      • Ensure full compliance with employment legislation and internal HR policies.
      • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting and coaching.
      • Identify training needs and implement effective learning and development programs.
      • Provide HR metrics and insights to support leadership decision-making.
      • Continuously review and enhance HR policies, systems, and processes for consistency and efficiency.
      • Travel within the region (5–10%) may be required.

      Qualifications:

      • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
      • 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
      • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
      • Experience conducting workplace investigations and ensuring regulatory compliance.
      • Strong understanding of HR systems, employment standards, and best practices.
      • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
      • Proven ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • HR certification (e.g., CHRP, CHRL) is an asset, not required.
      • Experience in the security or related industry is preferred.
