What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with the Regional Vice President to execute the field operation’s people strategy and deliver business outcomes
- Monitor operational KPIs and conduct purposeful store visits to assess performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Facilitate talent review and succession planning activities while supporting development plans for high-potential talent
- Provide performance management consulting to all levels of leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with all applicable Federal/State/Local legislative requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred
- 5+ years' experience in Human Resources (Business Partner) in a geographically dispersed retail, manufacturing, or equivalent environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proven ability to diagnose and solve complex business problems using data to drive insights
- Experience handling associate relations issues and knowledge of labor laws
