Fairgrove Property Management operates in four major Southern California markets and is rapidly expanding across the West.Job Summary: The San Diego Regional Leasing Manager is an A-Player responsible for centralized leasing efforts for all assets in San Diego County. They support and execute strategies related to leasing and marketing operations through the creation of skilled teams, efficient processes, and maximization of technology resources. The Regional Leasing Manager must be able to collaborate with a diverse set of internal and external customers, including portfolio and regional management, property ownership, and field associates.Position DetailsFull-Time PositionHours: 40 hours per weekCompensation: $75,000-$100,000 salaryBenefits PackageMedical, Vision, and Dental Coverage401(k) PlanPaid Time Off (PTO)RequirementsOperational Performance:Oversee leasing and marketing for our San Diego market (4,000+ units) consisting of small multifamily and single-family rental properties.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as days on market, lead conversion metrics, and customer satisfaction.Utilize a CRM to provide prospective residents with prompt, professional responses and manage the lifecycle of prospective residents from the first inquiry to move-in.Be a “Player-Coach”. Actively involved in the day-to-day execution while building and managing a team of remote and local associates to execute leasing goals.Support multiple portfolio managers in the leasing and marketing of their vacant homes and apartments. Provide excellent internal customer service and prompt communication.Facilitate the scheduling of property showings with assigned regional field associates and property on-site management.Conduct regular property visits to assess leasing operations, identify areas for improvement, and create solutions.Leadership & Team DevelopmentRecruit, mentor, and develop leasing associates, both remote and local, and build highperforming, results-oriented teams.Conduct regular team meetings and training to align with company objectives and foster professional growth.Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members, ensuring clarity of expectations and accountability.Promote a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and excellence across leasing and marketing operations.Policy & ComplianceImplement and enforce company policies, procedures, and industry regulations to ensure operational consistency.Oversee compliance with Fair Housing laws, state and local requirements, safety regulations, and property standards.Support the rollout of new company initiatives, including technology adoption and operational excellence initiatives.Strategic Planning & ExecutionCollaborate with regional management and company leadership to review and improve leasing and marketing operations to ensure continued growth.Identify market trends and opportunities to improve leasing and marketing performance and develop actionable strategies.QualificationsBachelor's degree, or the equivalent of education and experience.Progressive responsibility in residential leasing and property management, with 3+ years of experience managing scattered, multi-site leasing teams.Third-party management experience preferredBi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferredStrong knowledge of computers and technology including Property Management software and CRM applications.
