What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enhance, track, and report on metrics to improve performance
- Utilize continuous improvement to increase efficiency
- Identify best practice trends within the market and develop an implementation roadmap
- Engage, train, and influence business partners to identify leading indicators of risk
- Assist with investigations of theft and fraud and conduct interviews when appropriate
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of people management experience
- 3+ years of experience in law enforcement, loss prevention, or related field
- 3+ years data collection experience with root cause analysis
- 1+ years of experience with MS Office Professional Suite, including Excel
- Experience with security equipment and various business types
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Interviewing and Interrogation experience
- Workplace Violence and/or Business Continuity experience
- Lean Six Sigma concepts or PMP certification
