      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with Store Operations Business Partners to ensure HR practices are met, including compliance and team member engagement
      - Lead strategies for team member development, including succession planning and training compliance
      - Execute store stabilization initiatives through performance management and turnover programs
      - Provide support and guidance on the Talent Management process
      - Analyze people metrics and regional reports to identify areas for improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4-year degree in Human Resources or equivalent work-related experience
      - 5-7 years of Human Resources experience in a multi-unit retail environment
      - Advanced knowledge of Human Resource policies and procedures
      - Knowledge of all federal, state, and local HR laws
      - Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PHR and/or SPHR or SHRM-CP and/or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
      - Spanish-speaking highly desired
