  Your purpose

  As a Regional Manager (RM) at YouFit Gyms, you are responsible for the success, growth, and operational excellence of multiple gyms within your region. You serve as a leader, mentor, and strategist, ensuring that each gym meets company standards in financial performance, membership growth, and member experience. Your ability to analyze key performance metrics (KPIs), develop high-performing management teams, and execute company initiatives directly impacts the success of each location. By fostering a culture of accountability, leadership development, and continuous improvement, you drive business growth and operational consistency across your region while ensuring that YouFit Gyms deliver an exceptional experience for both members and employees.

  What You’ll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop gym management teams to ensure strong leadership across all locations, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to track membership growth, retention, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure financial performance and budget adherence by guiding gyms in managing labor costs, expenses, and revenue-driving strategies.
  • Oversee and enforce cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards by conducting gym visits, audits, and operational assessments.
  • Ensure gyms execute company initiatives, promotions, and new programs by providing guidance and accountability for seamless implementation.
  • Oversee payroll, labor costs, and scheduling efficiency to ensure staffing levels align with business needs and financial targets.
  • Support membership performance by coaching gym leadership on sales strategies, CRM usage, and revenue optimization.
  • Ensure teams effectively communicate membership benefits and training services to enhance the member experience and maximize retention.
  • Provide weekly reports on gym performance including financial results, sales execution, and operational success to senior leadership.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for high-level gym, member, and employee issues that require regional intervention.

  What We’re Looking For

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing in English. Fluency in multiple languages is favored.
  • Minimum of 2 years of multi-unit management experience in a fitness, hospitality, or sales-driven environment.
  • Must have a valid CPR/AED certification or obtain one within the required timeframe and maintain it throughout employment.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and mentor gym management teams while fostering a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Experience overseeing multiple gym locations, ensuring consistency in operations, service standards, and financial performance.
  • Strong financial acumen, including proficiency in analyzing KPIs, budgets, labor costs, and financial reports to implement revenue-driving strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment, ensuring that gym teams execute company initiatives effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to address high-level operational challenges and drive continuous improvement.

  Physical Demands

  • This is an active role requiring frequent bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
