      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and structure sales territories within the region based on existing and potential market
      - Conduct performance appraisals and provide regular performance feedback and development opportunities to employees
      - Responsible for maintaining and monitoring budget and forecasting product categories within the region
      - Conduct business review meetings with decision-makers of identified major customers
      - Maintain individual CRM and monitor direct reports' CRM usage

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years' experience in sales
      - Strong market knowledge and working knowledge of HCP business processes
      - Expert-level product and application knowledge within relevant categories
      - Proficiency in CRM, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
      - Solid presentation and communication skills, with the ability to communicate to all levels within accounts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - BS in Business Administration or other applicable degree
      - Experience working in analytics-based sales organizations
      - Strong negotiation skills and data management proficiency
