      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the main point of contact for all property-related matters with the owner's representative
      - Review and approve property purchases while adhering to the expense budget
      - Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop marketing budgets and plans
      - Engage in revenue management pricing and participate in pricing calls with the Revenue Management team
      - Oversee property risk management and ensure timely preparation of rent-ready units

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of Property Management experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of Management experience
      - Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - Real Estate License required in some markets
      - Proficiency in Yardi property management software and Microsoft Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CPM, CCI, RPA, CAM certifications preferred
      - Experience working with financials, budgets, and general office bookkeeping
      - Strong sales skills and the ability to draw data results from systems-driven reporting
