What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the main point of contact with the owner's representative regarding property-related matters
- Review and approve all property purchasing within budget
- Develop marketing budgets and plans in collaboration with the Marketing team
- Engage in revenue management pricing and attend pricing calls
- Oversight of marketing activities and property risk management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years of related experience
- 5+ years of Management experience
- Proficiency in Yardi property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- CPM, CCI, RPA, CAM preferred, real estate license preferred in some markets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with financials and budgets
- General office, bookkeeping, and sales skills
- Ability to communicate financial terms to stakeholders
- Experience with systems-driven reporting
