      Home Forward is seeking a Regional Property Manager. The Regional Property Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing Home Forward’s regional property management activities and operations, including occupancy, tenant relations, and maintenance functions. The incumbent in this role manages and oversees the work of property managers and staff. The Regional Property Manager collaborates with internal and external stakeholders in the considerations of significant goals, concepts, initiatives, and other activities that profoundly affect Home Forward, its employees, and the people that it serves.

      • Ruth Haefner Plaza
      • The Caesar Apartments
      • Stephens Creek Crossing
      • Williams Plaza
      • The Medallion Apartments

      This position will close on Friday, September 5, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. This is a regular, full time position with compensation beginning at $97,342.56 annually.

      • Seven (7) years of increasingly responsible property management experience, including three years of multi-site management and supervisory experience. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in property management, real estate, business administration, social services, or related field preferred. A related degree may substitute for work experience requirement.
      • Knowledge of PH, PBS8, and tax credit housing programs preferred.
      • Possession of or ability to obtain Public Housing Manager (PHM) or Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification required.
