What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and coach a team of District Managers to enhance guest shopping experiences and operational excellence
- Oversee strategic growth plans by evaluating industry sites and performance metrics
- Foster professional relationships with key departments to support overall company objectives
- Analyze financial reports and monitor sales, expenses, and inventory control to improve profitability
- Ensure all locations meet brand standards for customer service, cleanliness, and product quality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 15 years of retail experience with 3-5 years as a District Manager or equivalent multi-unit management experience
- Associate's degree in Business or a related field; Bachelor's preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams and achieve performance goals
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Must have a clean driving record and be willing to travel extensively

Loaf ‘N Jug was founded by Sam Sharp and Paul Jones in 1973. The first convenience store was established in Fowler, Colorado. Loaf ‘N Jug quickly grew to 52 locations, and was purchased by Kroger in 1986. The main headquarters was established in Pueblo, Colorado. The stores became a staple in middle America, expanding into other states such as Wyoming, New Mexico, Montana, Nebraska, and the Dakotas. In 2018, all 152 Loaf ‘N Jug convenience stores were purchased by EG Group.
