What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
- Process orders, billing, and assist with returns and exchanges
- Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy
