What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outbound calls to assigned Distribution Partners to identify needs and promote Retail products
- Drive sales and retention in the insurance and investment markets to achieve defined sales targets
- Manage case development with internal partners and grow existing customer relationships
- Support sales team members in achieving sales targets and provide feedback on performance
- Identify and report potential compliance risk issues through regular contact with Distribution Partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of sales, marketing, or client relations experience in the financial services industry
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Solid understanding of insurance-related products and Canadian financial markets
- Undergraduate degree required; business major preferred
- LLQP license is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
- Direct sales experience in the financial services and insurance advisor channel
- Well-developed communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks or projects
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
