What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and identify decision-makers at automotive dealerships
- Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls targeting active, inactive, and prospective customers
- Schedule sales appointments for field sales team members
- Deploy email communications with thorough follow-up outreach
- Develop a strong understanding of the sales strategy within the first 90-120 days to enhance appointment setting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in high-volume B2B phone sales
- Working knowledge of the automotive industry
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to quickly learn and retain complex sales processes and strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
