      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve annual new business sales and reenrollment objectives through effective relationship management with distribution partners
      - Generate new business opportunities by leveraging existing relationships and conducting market analysis
      - Collaborate with marketing and product development to educate the distribution channel on the employer's value proposition
      - Monitor and report on competitive positioning in the marketplace using Salesforce.com for activity reporting and forecasting
      - Manage the acquisition process and serve as a liaison between producers and customers throughout the sales cycle

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of voluntary product sales or equivalent work experience
      - Proven consultative sales experience
      - Experience in generating and analyzing reports to enhance sales or customer experience
      - Exceptional oral and written communication skills
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Salesforce.com for reporting and workflow management
      - Proven ability to establish and maintain respectful relationships with clients and colleagues
      - Strong negotiation skills and ability to resolve complex issues effectively
      - Familiarity with the complete MS Office Suite
