      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve annual new business sales and net growth objectives
      - Establish and manage consultative partnerships with distributors, brokers, and clients
      - Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and market analysis
      - Collaborate with marketing and product development to create demand in the marketplace
      - Utilize Salesforce.com for reporting, forecasting, and workflow management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of voluntary product sales experience or equivalent
      - Proven consultative sales experience
      - Proficiency in generating and analyzing reports to enhance sales
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

      - Familiarity with Salesforce.com and other CRM tools
