What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and drive sales performance across a large geographic territory
- Achieve revenue targets through a team of Area Sales Managers
- Conduct frequent field visits for coaching and team development, with a minimum of 3 days a week in the field
- Utilize CRM systems to manage team activity and results
- Execute strategic initiatives to grow revenue and market presence
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience coaching a sales team in effective prospecting and deal negotiations
- Proven track record of success in the aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or med spa market
- Strong strategic thinking and market insight
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Resilience and stress tolerance in a high-performance sales environment
