      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet or exceed assigned sales goals defined in terms of units and sales dollars
      - Direct sales strategy, planning, and execution for the field-based team to drive sales targets
      - Provide coaching and leadership to District Managers to achieve forecasted sales goals
      - Collaborate with marketing teams and upper management to design and communicate sales priorities
      - Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and physicians to position solutions effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience required
      - Proven track record of successful sales management in the Surgical Industry
      - Experience in the commercial pharmaceutical, medical, and surgical sectors
      - Ability to set vision and strategy while inspiring teams for success
      - Essential to meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements for territory access

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in surgical environments such as Hospital Outpatient Departments (HOPD) and Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASC)
      - Demonstrated project management skills
      - Strong networking and partnering abilities across functional areas
      - Familiarity with AbbVie's Ways of Working and company culture
