      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet or exceed assigned sales goals in terms of units and/or sales dollars while managing regional expenditures
      - Direct sales strategy and execution for the field-based team to drive sales targets and long-term objectives
      - Provide coaching and leadership to District Managers to achieve forecasted sales goals
      - Collaborate with marketing teams and upper management to implement sales execution priorities and key programs
      - Build relationships with key accounts and serve as a trusted resource in the Eye Care industry

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred or equivalent industry experience
      - Proven track record of leading teams within the Surgical Industry
      - Experience in commercial pharmaceutical, medical, and surgical environments, including physician/account-based selling
      - Strong ability to set vision and strategy while inspiring teams for success
      - Must satisfy all health care industry representative credentialing requirements for assigned territory

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in project management within a surgical environment
      - Strong networking and partnership skills across functional areas
      - Knowledge of Surgical centers in Hospital Outpatient Departments (HOPD) and Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC)
