What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain client relationships through lead generation and effective communication
- Market proprietary funds and retirement plan services to prospects and clients
- Collaborate with Consultant Sales team, Client Advisors, and Commercial Bankers for sales opportunities
- Manage project coordination and territory management
- Stay informed about the financial industry and company products/services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or finance, or equivalent education and experience
- Must hold FINRA Series 6, 63, and applicable state insurance licenses within established timelines
- Previous sales experience in retirement plan services or strong client-focused presentation skills
- Demonstrated understanding of the financial industry
- Willingness to travel 60-70% of the time for client meetings
