What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and motivate a team of Strategic Account Managers and Virology Care Specialists to achieve sales goals
- Promote products responsibly to healthcare providers and academic centers while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Develop and execute regional business plans to drive growth and revenue
- Engage with key accounts to build relationships and expand business opportunities
- Coach team members in the field, providing real-time feedback and skill development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from an accredited college/university; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the biopharma industry
- At least 5 years of experience managing high-performing teams in the life sciences
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and payer dynamics
- Proven record of accomplishment in leading a pharmaceutical sales team is strongly preferred
