      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and mentor a high-performing sales team through ongoing coaching and feedback
      - Create and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
      - Analyze competitor products and industry trends to inform sales strategies
      - Use Clari and Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Success, and Account Executives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in closing large enterprise software sales
      - Proven ability to generate sales revenue through new client acquisitions
      - Strong understanding of the sales cycle, including prospecting and closing
      - Methodical and results-oriented approach to sales management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in enterprise technology sales management
      - Background in consultative selling methodologies, such as Challenger Sales or MEDDIC
      - Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
      - Comfortable with building and mentoring successful sales teams
      - Familiarity with a variety of sales processes and techniques
