      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet and exceed territory volume growth objectives by developing new accounts and increasing business in existing accounts
      - Maintain a minimum of five active pipeline leads at all times
      - Conduct a minimum of four in-person sales or service calls per day
      - Provide regular updates to the Regional Sales Director on prospects, pipeline, and monthly volume forecasts
      - Attend local and national conferences and tradeshows to generate leads and interact with customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university preferred
      - Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key physicians and office staff
      - Strong closing skills and effective cold calling abilities
      - Organization skills with prior experience managing a large geographic territory
      - Medical, laboratory, or pharmaceutical sales experience

      - Existing clinical contacts desirable
      - Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team
      - Ability to understand and present clinical/technical product information
      - Committed to an aggressive volume growth curve
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
