What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet or exceed sales goals by developing, maintaining, and expanding referrals for current accounts and new logo prospects
- Build a pipeline for new logo and existing client opportunities to achieve sales goals
- Conduct quarterly, semi-annual, or annual stewardship meetings to ensure ongoing health of customer relationships
- Participate in marketing-related activities such as trade shows and conferences to gather key information
- Manage the implementation process for each account to ensure effective service delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution
- Three to five years of customer service/account management or outside sales experience
- Strong working knowledge of the workers' compensation industry
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Three years of related experience in insurance or a healthcare environment
- Workers' compensation claims experience highly desirable
