      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead demand generation and associated campaigns from conception to post-launch analysis
      - Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information to inform sales strategies
      - Collaborate with Branch Managers and Business Developers on strategic sales plans
      - Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives
      - Coach Business Developers on prospecting calls, presentations, and client meetings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing
      - 7+ years of growth marketing, business development, or sales management experience
      - Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving key performance targets
      - Strong analytical skills to translate data insights into actionable strategies
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills

      - Experience in the service industry with commercial contract sales
