What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and nurture a sales team culture that promotes cooperation, adaptability, and sales excellence
- Maintain individual development plans to support career growth for sales professionals

- Develop region-specific business plans to achieve sales goals
- Manage regional operating expenses and P&L responsibilities effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a Scientific or related discipline; Master’s Degree preferred
- Typically 5-8 years of field sales experience; experience in biotechnology, healthcare, or diagnostics preferred
- 6-10+ years of sales management experience directly managing outside sales teams preferred
- Proven track record of outstanding sales achievement in high technology or medically related products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others effectively

- Experience in sales management of complex product and service lines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a collaborative approach
- Financial acumen related to pricing, customer financial needs, and goal attainment
