      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a team of Cardiovascular Program Managers, Territory Business Managers, and Associate Reps to achieve and exceed sales targets
      - Develop and implement an integrated regional business plan, including targeting and resource allocation
      - Assist team members in business planning and strategy execution for their respective territories
      - Conduct quarterly sales operating reviews and provide insights to sales leadership
      - Spend time in the field coaching and developing team members to enhance performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
      - Experience in an operating room environment with a proven track record of sales success
      - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
      - Ability to analyze data for effective sales strategies and strong organizational skills
      - Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time within the assigned territory

      - Familiarity with the assigned geographic territory
      - Experience in managing a diverse team in a sales environment
      - Background in developing integrated business plans
      - Strong understanding of sales processes and market dynamics
