What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop new business relationships and manage existing accounts to drive sales
- Establish and maintain relationships with medical professionals and referral sources
- Assist with account strategies and administrative responsibilities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Accurately maintain Salesforce and address any sales-related issues
- Participate in sales training programs and assist in planning sales exhibits/shows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of three (3) years of field sales experience in cardiology, medical device, and/or pharma industries
- At least two years of experience with CRM or Salesforce
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales within the healthcare industry, particularly with medical devices
- Strong presentation skills and business acumen
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
