      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified builders through outreach, product demos, and proposals
      - Lead the full sales process, including pricing, contract negotiation, and closing deals
      - Collaborate with design, operations, and logistics teams for successful onboarding of new accounts
      - Act as the senior relationship manager for top accounts, identifying expansion opportunities
      - Maintain accurate sales forecasts and deliver reports and insights to leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of proven success in selling building products, preferably cabinets or millwork
      - Demonstrated ability to win new builder accounts and scale them to significant revenues
      - In-depth understanding of home-building cycles and procurement processes
      - Proficient in modern CRM platforms and virtual meeting tools
      - Strong consultative sales skills with a focus on nurturing long-term relationships

      - Experience working with builder procurement systems and operational workflows
      - Hunter-first mentality with a strong drive for new business development
      - Ability to communicate effectively and resolve challenges independently
      - Familiarity with trends in housing starts and design preferences
