What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a business plan to exceed sales goals
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Educate customers on the value of the employer's solutions during the sales process
- Communicate the value proposition effectively to various stakeholders, from engineers to C-level executives
- Forecast sales predictably and achieve sales targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience targeting Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT personas (CISO/CIOs)
- Experience with at least one earlier-stage start-up organization
- Proven track record of acquiring 5+ new logos each year and managing complex sales processes
- Experience in selling through a channel-led motion
- Ability to create demand and sell un-budgeted solutions
