What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional sales team to achieve growth targets
- Execute regional key account and business plans while implementing territory strategies
- Provide coaching, training, and accountability to team members
- Manage budgets and pricing while driving the adoption of Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to support product launches
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-year degree in Business or Marketing preferred
- Minimum 5 years of successful experience managing a sales team
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time
- Capability to move equipment weighing up to 57 pounds
- Experience in installing and demonstrating products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven track record in strategic sales planning and execution
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with key accounts
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and its implementation in sales processes
- Experience in the specialty chemicals or advanced materials industry
