      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute the regional business plan by collaborating with distributors and key accounts in California
      - Achieve annual depletion and account goals by brand while managing a team of Area Sales Managers and Chain Merchandising Managers
      - Increase execution rates for private label programs with national chains and provide strategic oversight to distributor partners
      - Implement promotional and merchandising campaigns to drive sales and manage marketing funds effectively
      - Conduct regular distributor meetings to maintain brand priorities and survey accounts for competitive feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Five+ years of sales/marketing experience in the beverage alcohol market as a supplier
      - Proven track record in wine or adult beverage industry sales management, particularly in chain account channels
      - Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and a high level of integrity
      - Ability to work autonomously while also being an effective team member in a fast-paced environment
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent life experience, with a clean driving record and willingness to travel frequently (50%+)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Extensive knowledge of the beverage alcohol market and effective industry relationships across all three tiers
      - Experience managing others within a sales or marketing context
      - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in industry data analysis tools like Nielsen, IRI, RAD, and Scan
