      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute the regional business plan by collaborating with distributors and key accounts
      - Lead and develop a team of Area Sales Managers and Chain Merchandising Managers
      - Manage all aspects of distributor relationships, including volume, merchandising, and pricing
      - Implement promotional and merchandising campaigns to drive sales
      - Conduct regular distributor meetings and provide accurate reporting to improve regional business plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Five+ years of sales/marketing experience within the beverage alcohol market
      - Proven success in wine/adult beverage industry sales management
      - Strong ability to influence others and close deals effectively
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent life experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Extensive knowledge of the beverage alcohol market
      - Track record of managing sales teams
      - Strong industry relationships across all three tiers
      - Proficiency in analyzing industry data (Nielsen, IRI, RAD, Scan)
      - Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays
