      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute the regional business plan by collaborating with distributors and key accounts
      - Achieve annual depletion and accounts sold goals by brand
      - Lead and develop a team of Area Sales Managers and Chain Merchandising Managers
      - Interface with distributor partners on strategic objectives and manage pricing and programming
      - Conduct regular distributor meetings to maintain brand priorities and initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Five+ years of sales/marketing experience as a supplier within the beverage alcohol market
      - Proven success in wine/adult beverage industry sales management, particularly in chain account channels
      - Strong ability to influence others and close deals in a timely manner
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent life experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Extensive knowledge of the beverage alcohol market and industry relationships across all three tiers
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
      - Proficiency in analyzing industry data using tools like Nielsen, IRI, RAD, and Scan
      - Clean driving record with a reliable vehicle and insurance
      - Willingness to travel frequently (50+% of the time) including overnight stays
