What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Increase sales through greater penetration within existing accounts
- Lead customer conversations with business-level insights to establish value and create demand
- Drive, grow, and track sales pipeline utilizing Microsoft Dynamics
- Collaborate with key accounts on forecasting, fill-rate expectations, and inventory levels
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 5 years of previous account management experience in distribution and/or manufacturing
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Outstanding analytical, organization, and executive-level oral/written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in professional selling, marketing, or business-related field
- Knowledge of safety products
- Previous experience with a CRM (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
