      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve customer growth and profit objectives while delivering the operating plan
      - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive long-term growth for the Tasty Bite brand
      - Manage joint business plan development and execution, including annual collaborative planning meetings
      - Oversee customer P&L, ensuring delivery of financial commitments and effective tracking of promotional contracts
      - Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify opportunities and achieve business objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of consumer-packaged goods retail sales experience
      - Valid driver's license and clean driving record
      - Proven retail analytic application and management capabilities, including experience with Nielsen and/or IRI
      - Ability to travel a minimum of 35% of the time
      - Successful completion of a drug and background screen

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of major account sales management experience
      - Experience in Category Management and Customer/Trade Marketing
      - Strong ability to leverage internal resources to support business objectives
      - Familiarity with S&OP best practices and tools in partnership with demand planning teams
      - Experience managing broker relationships to execute customer strategy
