What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage a team of account managers, fostering accountability and growth
- Maintain and expand a personal book of accounts to ensure strong sales development and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Regional Director to refine and implement effective sales strategies
- Prospect and manage major accounts to secure new business and expand market presence
- Provide technical expertise and advice on building controls and automation solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the commercial HVAC and building controls industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of leading sales teams and managing large, multi-state territories
- Strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of building automation systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
