What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Translate national sales strategies into actionable regional business plans and performance targets
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Territory Managers to achieve sales and market share goals
- Drive regional sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and supporting market expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and regional sales leaders
- Manage the regional sales budget and monitor key performance indicators such as revenue and market share
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8-10 years of territory sales management experience in the building materials or consumer durable goods industries
- 5+ years of successful leadership experience with a track record of coaching and developing talent
- Experience managing at least $75M in annual sales
- Knowledge of the Wholesale Distribution and Pro-Dealer Business/Channel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written, presentation, and one-on-one)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Sales/Marketing
- Strong planning, organizing, and change management capabilities
- Background working with home centers and/or specialty dealers
- Experience in the residential doors category (e.g., interior/exterior doors or related building products)
