      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve sales revenue targets and manage the sales pipeline effectively
      - Provide leadership and direction to sales representatives, including performance appraisals and career development
      - Maintain and enhance clinical, dealer, and third-party biller networks within the region
      - Implement sales strategies for the distribution of products in the Compression Channels
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, hospitals, and decision-makers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3 to 5 years of medical device sales leadership experience
      - Prior sales experience with HME/DME, clinicians, and hospitals
      - Understanding of reimbursement processes in outpatient care settings
      - Proficient in managing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
      - Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Preferred residence within the Southeast U.S. region
      - Strong competency in PC applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
      - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
      - Ability to effectively plan and organize time and resources
      - Willingness to travel approximately 70% during the work week
